What is available through the hauler

The service provider has separate account, missed-pickup and bulky-collection request functions for Holtville residents. Collection schedules depend on the address and service category.

How to handle a missed cart

Residents should contact the provider rather than set out a second load and assume the next truck will take it. The company lists 877-482-5656 for customer support.

Hazardous items are different

A bulky-item appointment may not accept pesticides, solvents, batteries, electronics or construction debris. Ask the hauler about accepted materials and alternative county programs before leaving items at the curb.
